While some elements of leadership can be learned in a day, mastering leadership is a continuous journey.

Steve Morris Associates combines feedback coaching with follow-up leadership training workshops to give leaders the knowledge, skills and abilities to strengthen their leadership effectiveness.

One-two or three-day workshops are available to develop awareness, develop skills and even develop applications of newly acquired skills. All Mastering Leadership Workshops are integrated with The Learning Leader Series affording the leader an opportunity for benchmarking their actual impact before, during and after the skills workshops.

For those leaders who have not participated in a relevant feedback process, a self-assessment instrument is available through the workshop.

Each Mastering Leadership Program includes :

  • A 35-item behavioral-based multi-rater instrument that can be administered on-line
  • A personalized feedback report
  • A guide book for interpreting and understanding the feedback
  • A Personal Planning Workbook
  • A self-assessment questionnaire for each of the five core dimensions
  • 365 'Tips and Tricks' for developing new behaviors
  • An integrated series of 5 skills building workshops (one, two and three-day)
  • An introductory workshop that establishes the understanding and relevance of the five core dimensions
  • Personal and confidential access to a leadership coach
  • Guidelines for Leadership Learning

Steve Morris Associates offers feedback-and training-based learning opportunities in high impact Leadership Skills sets. We offer more than 30 leadership learning and development programs. The most popular is the Mastering Team Leadership which gives leader's feedback on their team leadership impact as well as the knowledge, skills and abilities to 'master' an even greater level of effectiveness. This is our core program and draws upon our experience of coaching and developing hundreds of senior team and organization leaders in Asia.

Additional programs address specific leadership needs areas such as people skills, motivation skills, coaching and mentoring skills and even 'followership' skills. You may have a specific needs area in mind or you may just feel a general need to raise your standard of leadership. To help those who are unsure where to start, we offer a leadership development needs assessment. Two diagnostic tools are available. The first is a 35-item questionnaire that can be administered as a multi-source feedback questionnaire or can be completed as a 'self-assessment'.

The second tool is a team-based issues-uncovering diagnostic that can be completed and processed as an entire team.

Steve Morris Associates has developed a leadership feedback-learning-development process that helps leaders solicit, hear, and understand feedback and use their new insights to focus on areas for personal and professional development.

Individual leaders are partnered with a Leadership Development Coach to maximize the leader's learning throughout the process.
