All living things grow and there is a natural progression to growth on all levels -- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Whether it is in our professional or personal lives, these cycles can be consciously navigated so that we may elevate our development lest we stagnate or end up going ‘round in circles.' We can each become CEO of our own lives.
HeadCoach and International Leadership Consultant, Steve Morris, leads the listener in an enlightening and entertaining discussion of the different challenges of growth and how we can lead ourselves (and others) to overcome them. Steve will give practical tips on how to master growth and development for greater control over lives at work, home and play.
In the first session, Steve will introduce his 10 Stages of Growth Model while sharing his own personal journey of growth. Each subsequent session will focus on profiling one of the ten stages:

Origination The Beginning
- Inspiration The Cause
- Aspiration The Goal
- Germination The Breakthrough
- Preparation The Change
- Navigation The Path
- Determination The Action
- Destination The Accomplishment
- Reflection The Learning
- Rejuvenation The Reawakening
Steve will give real life examples and case studies of common challenges that he has helped others overcome and how to master each of the different stages. A guest may be invited to share their success stories and share key lessons learned. Suggested readings and self-development activities will also be given.
The final session will concentrate on how to use the 28 Virtues of Glorious Living! to accelerate and elevate the listener's cycles of growth and to encourage their further growth both professionally and personally.
Throughout the 10 weeks listeners are encouraged to call in and share their personal experiences as related to the week's stage. Steve will be able to offer advice or hindsight on what would have been the better approach as well as how to move forward.
The last 15 minutes of each segment will be titled Call the Coach where listeners can ring in and ask ‘Coach Steve’ advice on professional or personal issues which may be unrelated to the current weeks topic. Steve charges CEO’s and heads of companies a lot of money for the same advice and this would be the audiences opportunity to get some ‘free’ advice for themselves.
